# Testing Account Updater

Certification testing is required to use Account Updater and Worldpay's cnpAPI format. After you successfully complete certification testing, Worldpay enables the Account Updater service for your use in the production environment.

We assign an Implementation Manager to assist with integration and testing. They will do the following:

- Process your IP address
- Provide a username and password for the Pre-Live certification environment
- Provide assistance with resolving any issues
