Configurable labels
Use this feature to customize various labels that appear during checkout and in the My Account and Admin sections.
Main Configuration
Do the following:
- Go to Stores > Configuration > Sales > AccessWorldpay Custom Labels to choose the types of labels you want to customize.
Description
Checkout labels: Customize the labels shoppers see during checkout. Customize the messages shoppers see in their My Account section
My Account Labels: Customize the labels shoppers see in their My Account section
Admin Labels: Customize the labels shoppers see in admin section
The table below describes all the fields, and what you’ll need to input to complete configurable labels configuration.
| Configuration | Description |
|---|---|
| Label Code | A unique code used in the script to assign the labels. This is a mandatory field. |
| Default Label | The default labels that the plugin displays. This is a mandatory field. |
| Custom Label | Enter the text that will replace the default labels. This is an optional field but it does not accept entries made of white spaces (space or tab). |
| Action | If you need to modify a label in future, a delete icon appears so that you can delete the current label and enter a new one. |
Shopper journey
- The shopper goes to StorefrontLogin/My Account/Saved Card/Add New Card.

Checkout screen
To access this screen:
- Go to Stores > Configuration > Sales > AccessWorldpay Custom Labels > Checkout labels.
My Account screen
To access this screen:
- Go to Stores > Configuration > Sales > AccessWorldpay Custom Labels > My Account labels.
Admin labels screen
To access this screen:
- Go to Stores > Configuration > Sales > AccessWorldpay Custom Labels > Admin labels.
