Configurable Alert Message
Use this feature to customize various alert messages that appear during checkout and in the My Account and Admin sections.
The table below lists the main features.
Features | Description |

Customize Account Level Messages | Customize the alert messages which shoppers can see in their My Account section. |
Customize Admin AccessWorldpay Configuration Messages | Customize the alert message for the Access Worldpay messages. |
Customize Checkout Messages | Customize the alert messages which shoppers can see during checkout. |
Main configuration
To customize the alert messages, do the following:
- Go to Stores > Configuration > Sales > AccessWorldpay Exception Codes to choose the types of alerts you want to customize.
There are three levels (groups) of alerts that you can customize:
The table below describes these fields, and what you need to input to complete configuration.
Features | Description |
---|---|
Message Code | A unique code used within the script to assign the alert message. This is a mandatory field. |
Actual Message | The default message that the plugin displays. This is a mandatory field. |
Custom Message | Enter the text that will replace the actual message. This is an optional field, but it does not accept entries made of white spaces (space or tab). |
Action | If you need to add a different message in future, a delete icon appears so that you can delete the current, incorrect message. |
Account level alert messages
To configure these messages, do the following:
Go to Stores > Configuration > Sales > AccessWorldpay Exception Codes: Customize Account Level Message. A screen appears with the existing messages, and space to enter the new message.
Find the message you want to modify or replace and enter the new text in the white Custom Message box.
Click the Add button at the bottom of the screen (you may have to scroll down) to enter your next text. A delete icon appears in the Action column next to your new message. This is so you can delete your message and enter a new one in the future, if needed.
The information on the screen is in the table below:

MCAM1 | Token does not exist anymore. Please delete the card. |
MCAM2 | The card has been updated |
MCAM3 | Duplicate Entry. This card number is already saved |
MCAM4 | Entered card number does not match with the selected type |
MCAM5 | Please enter 3 digit valid Card Verification Number |
MCAM6 | Item is deleted successfully |
MCAM9 | There appears to be an issue with your stored data, please review in your account and update details as applicable |
MCAM10 | Please select the card type |
MCAM11 | You already appear to have this card number stored, we have updated your saved card details with the new data. You can verify this from my saved cards section in my account dashboard |
MCAM12 | Please enter 4 digit valid Card Verification Number |
MCAM13 | You already appear to have this card number stored, if your card details have changed, you can update these via the My Cards section. |
MCAM14 | Your card could not be saved |
GMCAM0 | The current customer is not authorized. |
GMCAM1 | ID is missing from request. Please specify the ID. |
GMCAM2 | tokenid is missing from request. Please specify the tokenid. |
GMCAM3 | tokenid supplied does not exist. Please verify the tokenid. |
GMCAM4 | Token data supplied does not exist for current customer |
GMCAM5 | Please try after some time |
GMCAM6 | The current customer is not authorized. |
GMCAM7 | The current customer is not authorized. |
GMCAM8 | ID is missing from request. Please specify the ID. |

GMCAM12 | Invalid expiry month |

GMCAM14 | Invalid expiry year |
GMCAM15 | Invalid expiry date |
GMCAM16 | tokenid supplied does not exist. Please verify the tokenid |

Administration AccessWorldpay configuration messages
To configure these messages, do the following:
Go to Stores > Configuration > Sales > AccessWorldpay Exception Codes: Customize Admin AccessWorldpay Configuration Message. A screen appears with the existing messages, and space to enter the new message.
Find the message you want to modify or replace and enter the new text in the white Custom Message box.
Click the Add button at the bottom of the screen to enter your next text. A delete icon appears in the Action column next to your new message. This is so you can delete your message and enter a new one in the future, if needed.
The information on the screen is in the table below:

Checkout messages
To configure these messages, do the following:
Go to Stores > Configuration > Sales > AccessWorldpay Exception Codes: Customize Checkout Message. A screen appears with the existing messages, and space to enter the new message.
Find the message you want to modify or replace and enter the new text in the white Custom Message box.
Click the Add button at the bottom of the screen (you may have to scroll down) to enter your next text. A delete icon appears in the Action column next to your new message. This is so you can delete your message and enter a new one in the future, if needed.

CCAM11 | Order %s has been declined, please check your details and try again |
CCAM12 | An unexpected error occurred. Please try to place the order again. |
CCAM13 | An error occurred on the server. Please try to place the order again. |
CCAM14 | Your token is no longer scheme compliant. Please delete this card on my account and save new card. |
CCAM15 | Invalid Payment Type. Please Refresh and check again |
CCAM16 | Invalid Configuration. Please Refresh and check again |
CCAM17 | No matching order found in Worldpay to refund. Please visit your Worldpay merchantinterface and refund the order manually. |
CCAM18 | Something happened, please refresh the page and try again. |
