You may wish to reconcile the transfer report we have emailed you with the order list on your Worldpay dashboard. To do this, go to your orders and set the date filter for the same dates as the transfer report. Set the filter to status SUCCESS
or REFUNDED
and press download spreadsheet
to generate a CSV report.
Every transfer report has a batch ID. This will also be displayed in the Settlement page to help you identify transfers. When you receive funds from Worldpay, your bank statement will also show this batch ID to help you to identify which orders/payments have been transferred.

Yes, you can export your transaction reports via a CSV file. To do this, go to your transaction report and click on download spreadsheet
. This file can then be imported into whatever accounting software you use to create custom reports.
Copies of your identification documents may be certified by a professional person, such as a solicitor or accountant, or someone well respected in your community, such as a:
- bank or building society official
- councillor
- doctor
- dentist
- police officer
- teacher or lecturer
The person you ask should not be:
- related to you
- living at the same address
- in a relationship with you
You could also go to your local post office (but check that they offer the certification service first).
You will need:
- your original identification
- a copy of your identification
Please ask the person who will certify your documents to take the following steps for each copy of your identification:
- write on the copy 'Certified to be a true copy of the original seen by me and presented to me by the named person'
- sign and date it
- print their name under the signature
- print their occupation, business address (or if not applicable, their home address) and telephone number

If you provide a 'statement narrative' when activating your account, this will appear on your customers' bank or credit card statements. If you haven't provided this, the company name or trading name will be displayed. Please note that the maximum length for this text is 24 characters.
