MID or TID missing
When starting IPC a ‘MID or TID missing’ error appears:
Cause
IPC has not been configured with the acquirer MID and the TID.
Solution
Set up the acquirer MID and the TID by using the EmbossSetup.bat file and then initialise IPC.
MID: A merchant identification number (1 to 5 digits maximum) provided by Worldpay.
TID: A unique terminal identification number (8 digits) provided by Worldpay specifically for a terminal.
