Multiple Terminal Installation

When starting the IPC application, the error message ‘Multiple terminal installation’ appears.

Cause

The same TID is configured on more than one host.

Solution

  • For a live TID: Contact the Worldpay Support team who will investigate and let you know what to do next.
  • For a test TID: Follow the steps below. These steps should never be applied to a live TID without the guidance of a Worldpay Support team member:

    • Replace the existing terminal.emv.properties file in YESEFT\properties folder with the file supplied by your Worldpay contact to enable testing.

    • Copy all files in the YESEFT\CommonFiles\conf folder. Paste them into the YESEFT\conf folder (replace all).

    • Copy all files in the YESEFT\CommonFiles\properties folder. Paste them into the YESEFT\properties folder (replace all).

    • Start the IPC application.
