Logo image doesn’t exist

When starting IPC a ‘Logo image doesn’t exist’ error appears:



The yespay_logo file is missing in the YESEFT folder.


Copy the yespay_log.jpg file into the YESEFT folder and then start IPC.

You can get this file from your Worldpay Support team, or from a working copy of IPC on another till.
