Error in rollbackKeyChangeProcess

When initialising the terminal, a grey window appears displaying the message “opening terminal” and suddenly disappears without the IPC application initialising.

In the log file, you'll see the highlighted error:

Solution:

  • For a live Terminal ID (TID): Contact the Worldpay Support team. They will investigate and let you know what to do next.

  • For a test TID: Follow these steps below, they should never be applied to a live TID without the guidance of a Worldpay Support team member:

    • Copy all files in the YESEFT\CommonFiles\conf directory. Paste them into YESEFT\conf directory (replace all).

    • Copy all files in the YESEFT\CommonFiles\properties directory. Paste them into YESEFT\properties folder (replace all).

    • Start the IPC application.
