Multiple Terminal Installation
When starting the IPC application, the error message ‘Multiple terminal installation’ appears.
Cause
The same TID is configured on more than one host.
Solution
- For a live TID: Contact the Worldpay Support team who will investigate and let you know what to do next.
For a test TID: Follow the steps below. These steps should never be applied to a live TID without the guidance of a Worldpay Support team member:
Replace the existing terminal.emv.properties file in YESEFT\properties folder with the file supplied by your Worldpay contact to enable testing.
Copy all files in the YESEFT\CommonFiles\conf folder. Paste them into the YESEFT\conf folder (replace all).
Copy all files in the YESEFT\CommonFiles\properties folder. Paste them into the YESEFT\properties folder (replace all).
Start the IPC application.
