Unable to load EFT datasets

When initialising IPC an ‘Unable to load EFT datasets’ error appears:



The main reasons for this error are:

  • The Merchant ID (MID) and TID combination is incorrect.

  • IPC cannot connect to either the primary or secondary URLs for the Worldpay Payments Hub

    The default URLs are:



  • The system date and time is incorrect.


  • Make sure that the MID and TID combination is correct.

  • Make sure that you can connect through the internet and can access the primary or secondary URLs.

  • Make sure that the system date and time are correct on the IPC host machine.
