Payment Page Editor

The Payment Page Editor controls the appearance and layout of the payment pages.

Note: All of the changes you make in this section are only sent to the test version of your payment pages. You only need to make them live when you're completely happy with them in test.

Open the Payment Page Editor

To open the Payment Page Editor:

  1. Log in toBusiness Manager(it doesn't matter if you're in test or production mode)

  2. Click SETUP in the left menu to be taken to the Installations page.

  3. Click Edit Payment Pages at the bottom, then choose the Installation ID you made a note of inGet your installation id.

    Note: You'll normally only have one website installation, but if you have more you can design the pages for each installation separately.

  4. Click Edit Payment Pages to open the Payment Page Editor. You are now on the main page.

Main page

The main features of the editor are the left-hand menu and the central panel - the main working body of the editor.

A small header (top bar) tells you the installation currently being edited, as well as a link to the Preview feature (top right).

Central panelThe main working body of the editor. The appearance and content of the panel depends upon the option selected from the left-hand menu.
Header areaThis information in the header (top) area:

  • Installation identifier - displays the ID of the current installation ID. The example above shows an installation ID and description as "10221 - Multiple Items"
  • Preview link - lets you preview your payment pages for the current installation. The preview includes any customised changes you have made.
  • Note: The Preview page creates a test payment transaction - where no money changes hands.

  • Home - returns you to the list of Installations.
Footer areaThe footer (bottom) of the Payment Page Editor also offers a Home button, which returns you to the list of Installations.

Customise the payment pages to suit your store:

  • Languages- chooses the languages for your payment pages.

  • Text- changes the text and links for the payment pages.

  • Text Styles- selects the font and their sizes for text in the payment pages.

  • Colours- specifies the background, section and text colours for the payment pages.

  • Button Images- specifies the images to be used as buttons in the payment pages.

  • Page Format- specifies background image, border size and page width.

  • Header and Footer- adds images and text to the top and bottom areas of the payment pages.

  • Edit header and footer directly- adds images and text to the top and bottom areas of the payment pages.

  • Confirmation email- customises the confirmation email sent to your shoppers on completion of an online transaction.
